| Welcome to my homepage Hi! My name is Magda. I made this site to show where my passions lie: changing, altering and smartening-up photographs really gives me a great deal of satisfaction. I work using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe De Luxe, and a digital pen (tablet). I find my inspiration in creating worlds that don’t exist. I really enjoy role-playing games (RPGs), so I had no choice but to follow my senses. I participate in live-action role-playing (LARP) games myself; it’s like being in the world created by J.R.R Tolkien. There I found –amongst my LARP friends— my best models. I used to chase them around with my camara during LARP weekends... but now they chase me. It’s quite nice to blend them into fantasy paintings... and it’s a lot of fun for them, too. My work gets hung on walls, posted on websites, put in desktops, and sometimes given away as presents. I am aware of the fact that I am ignoring copyright, but you must know that this is only study material. I will not make these photos professionally, nor will I make a book out of them, nor distrubute them as postcards, nor anything along those lines; I make them only for the enjoyment of the people in the photos, so please forgive my impertinence. Of course this is not my goal; what I aim for is to make pictures using only photographic –not painted— material. as a matter a fact i havent done that for a long time I can’t show much of what I have done so far because most of my models are nude and I would never betray their trust. All that I have learnt up to this point I taught myself autodidactically: lots of practise, asking questions, trying, failing, and trying again. I have created about one piece of work a day, trying to perfect it. This is but a small percentage of what I have done already. I really hope you will enjoy your stay here... ...and when you think, “What a nice-looking site!”, note, then, that my son Sven built this site from scratch.
